Eligibility Requirements:
You must live within the postal codes M4B, M4C, M4E, M4L, M1N, and M1L (west of Birchmount).
You will need to bring ID's for all family members, proof of address, proof of all sources of income, and proof of expenses (lease/rent receipt).
Appointments are once monthly and are to be at least 3 weeks apart. Emergency bags are not available between appointments.
Missed appointments with less than 24hrs notice will be marked as a no-show and will not be permitted to reschedule for 3 weeks.
